Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for custom window and door packages
- Review architectural plans, elevations, and specifications to determine project scope
- Provide product recommendations and solutions that align with project requirements and budgets
- Generate and manage quotes, revisions, and order documentation
- Work closely with outside sales representatives, project managers, and vendors
- Communicate clearly with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners
- Ensure pricing accuracy, product compatibility, and lead times
- Track and follow up on active quotes and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with manufacturers regarding product specifications and pricing
- Maintain organized records of estimates, project files, and client communications
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in estimating, inside sales, construction supply, or building materials
- Experience with windows, doors, millwork, or related construction products preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or estimating software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

This role is ideal for a consultative salesperson who understands luxury construction, values long-term relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our team supports the sale through completion with industry-leading service—allowing you to focus on selling, relationships, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with luxury home builders, architects, designers, and select homeowners
- Generate new business within residential and light commercial new construction markets
- Conduct on-site consultations and plan reviews to specify appropriate window and door systems
- Present premium products, performance features, and design solutions aligned with luxury standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, specifications, and seamless project execution
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, budgets, and contracts
- Manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution

Required Qualifications

- Proven success in consultative or relationship-based sales
- Strong understanding of new construction workflows and timelines
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Service Technician / Installer I Windows and Doors
Job Summary
We are a premier windows and doors company specializing in luxury residential and light commercial new construction. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician / Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, servicing and installing residential and commercial window and door systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical ability, excellent customer service skills, and experience working with high-end or custom window and door products.
This role requires working directly in customers’ homes and job sites to ensure products operate properly and meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues with windows, doors, and related hardware
- Adjust and service window and door systems to ensure proper operation
- Replace defective parts including glass, locks, hinges, rollers, weather stripping, and balances
- Perform warranty and post-installation service work
- Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and project managers regarding service needs
- Document service calls, repairs completed, and materials used
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure tools and equipment are organized and functional
- Follow company safety policies and job site requirements
- Represent the company professionally while on customer job sites
Qualifications
- Experience in window/door installation, carpentry, glazing, or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read work orders and service reports
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on ladders when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience servicing luxury or custom window and door systems
- Knowledge of major brands such as Andersen, Marvin, Pella, or similar products
- Construction or finish carpentry background
- Glass replacement experience
Work Environment
