Appointment Booking Data Collection Terms and Conditions
- Data we collect: name, email, phone, booking details, and any notes you provide.
- Why we collect it: to confirm and manage your showroom appointment and to add you to our CRM so we can contact you about product, service, or sales opportunities.
- Who sees it: our sales and showroom staff and the service providers who support our booking/CRM systems. We do not sell your personal data.
- Retention: we keep your booking and contact details in our CRM until you request deletion.
- Your choices: you can request access, correction, or deletion, or opt out of future contacts at any time by emailing info@mergetexas.com
